DXS-5 is a 5-axis end milling machine which is used for processing the end face of mullion profile on aluminum and thermal break windows and doors.
Standard Features

1. Applicable material:aluminum,pvc,thermal break profile and light industrial aluminum profile.
2. Two motorized spindles,the milling height and depth of each are independently adjustable.
3. One spindle is rotary between 0 degree and 90 degree which is available for end notching.
4. Servo feed and positioning along with precision guide rails and ball screw.
5. HMI is easy for operation and programming.
6. Large clamping area for multiple profiles processing.
