WHJ4-120*4500 is a four heads seamless welding machine for making pvc windows and doors.
Standard Features

1. Applicable material:white and colored pvc profile
2. Four heads for welding 4 corners at a time.
3. Welding for both 90 degree and V-shaped corners. Welding shapes can be : "┌┐","┌┬┐","┌┬┬┐","┬","┼","┬┬","┼┼".
4. Automated welding process.
5. Seamless welding type,no slag left on the upper and lower corners when welding is done.
6. Movable right three heads can be locked by manual or pneumatic braking.  
7. Equipped with touch screen for easy adjustment of melting time and welding time.
8. Several backing plates are included for different types of profiles.
