DXS-3+2 is a 3-axis end milling machine which is widely used in the CNC intelligent optimization of end milling of aluminum windows and doors and various light industrial aluminum profiles.
Standard Features

1. Applicable material:aluminum,pvc,thermal break profile and light industrial aluminum profile.
2. X,Y and Z three axes are servo driven and fed for ensuring the accuracy milling depth,height and width.
3. The spindle is rotary between 0 degree and 90 degree which is available for end notching.
4. One milling disc and one saw blade can be installed on the spindle which makes the notching more smooth.
5. The PLC can memorize multiple sets of programs, transfer the programs according to the profile, and directly     process them.
6. HMI is easy for operation and programming.
7. Large clamping area for multiple profiles processing.
8. Automatic lubrication.
9. Totally-enclosed safety guard.
