DXS-5 is a 5-axis end milling machine which is used for processing the end face of mullion profile on aluminum and thermal break windows and doors.
Standard Features
- Applicable material:aluminum,pvc,thermal break profile and light industrial aluminum profile.
- Two motorized spindles,the milling height and depth of each are independently adjustable.
- One spindle is rotary between 0 degree and 90 degree which is available for end notching.
- Servo feed and positioning along with precision guide rails and ball screw.
- HMI is easy for operation and programming.
- Large clamping area for multiple profiles processing.
- Automatic lubrication.
- Totally-enclosed safety guard.
