DXS-3+2 is a 3-axis end milling machine which is widely used in the CNC intelligent optimization of end milling of aluminum windows and doors and various light industrial aluminum profiles.

Standard Features

• This machine has X,Y and Z total 3 axes,servo feeding ensures the accuracy milling depth,height and width. The spindle can work in both vertical and horizontal planes by rotating, which is more efficient for large-size tenon processing.
• The machine body is all welded with industrial rectangular tube profiles, and after welding, it undergoes professional and effective treatment to remove internal stress. After professional precision machining by numerical control equipment, the accuracy of the entire machine operation and the stability of the speed are ensured.
• High-rigidity, high-precision spindle: air-cooled spindle motor.
• It adopts TAIWAN HIWIN guide rail and rack, high-strength ball screw which ensure high feeding accuracy and stability.
• The PLC can memorize multiple sets of programs, transfer the programs according to the profile, and directly process them.
